We’re proud to offer light and buttery Pastridor Croissants for every occasion.  They’re sized just right from traditional breakfast, lunch and dinner applications, to our mini croissants for snacks or light meals.

The secret to Pastridor’s ardent following is not due to one, but several unique production applications:

  • Sourcing the freshest European raw materials and storing them at stringently
    controlled temperatures.
  • Butter from winter-fed cows that is more stable and spreadable.
  • Gentle dough-handling throughout the proofing and par-baking process.
  • Longer hours of resting time to allow for optimum flavor, structure and aroma
    development.
